Meet The Manager
Aarti Popat is Manager at Watermead Rose Care Home.
"I started working in the care industry when I was 18, after developing a passion for care due to my mum needing regular hospital care when I was a child. I have since worked at very different settings, gaining skills and experience through each of these including physical disabilities, learning disabilities and young people services.
"In recent years I have been a manager of a complex physical disabilities nursing service where I was responsible for improving the CQC rating and then moved on to regional management.
"I live with my partner and I have a daughter who is also a nurse in Leeds. When not at work I like long walks with my dogs and getting out and about in the countryside."
Watermead Rose is a brand new luxury care home in Leicester offering professional residential, nursing, respite, dementia and bariatric care for up to 80 residents and where individual wellbeing, safety and happiness are prioritised.

Each room also contains a high specification call system, premium quality furniture and furnishings as well as a television. Residents are encouraged to bring their own treasured possessions with them to make their space their own. |
