Maria is a passionate, driven and highly experienced Registered Manager, with over 18 years’ experience that she gained after moving to U.K. having achieved her masters in international relations with a specialism of global security and safety.
Maria worked for private, commercial and non profit organisations, understanding the running of successful care homes, independent living and home care facilities, managing a dedicated care team providing person centred care.
Maria is a leader who is motivational to the team that she works with and ensures appropriate care is provided to clients, residents, stakeholders through efficient staff management. She is commuted to maintaining high quality care standards through comprehensive training and supervision and always strives for excellence.
Maria believes in an open door policy and always finds time for everyone truly striving to make a real difference to everyone’s lives and days.
White House Care Home is a newly refurbished and managed care home located in the popular town of Letchworth Garden City in the north of Hertfordshire. The home will accommodate up to 50 residents in luxury en-suite bedrooms and will provide exceptional levels of Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite Care by a highly-trained team on a 24-hour basis.
Set in the heart of a residential area, the facility boasts an intimate, homely and boutique feel where residents will be able to continue their hobbies and live a fulfilled life thanks to amenities such as a Café, Hairdressers and more.

Our bedrooms provide comfort while allowing residents to add any personal touches that will help to make it feel more like their own. We strive for White House to become a home-away-from-home for our residents, a place where they feel comfortable, secure, and ready to welcome their loved ones. Our beautiful en-suite bedrooms exhibit a relaxing and spacious feel for optimal comfort. Featuring modern furniture, amenities and a private wet-room, residents have all they could ever need to feel at home. Residents can bring with them personal belongings to really make it their own. |
