Tracy Butler is Manager at Willows Care Southern Limited.
I have worked in care for 19 years, starting in domiciliary care for 10 years, and then working in a dementia care home. When I started at The Willows, I started as a carer and then progressed to shift leader/senor/head of care/ deputy, and now I am running the home as the manager.
I work to the best of my ability and ensure the residents receive the highest standard of care and will ensure the staff are fully trained and provide the highest standard of care.
