Meet The Manager

Havina Mathews is Lodge Manager at Windmill Lodge.

I am a qualified Registered Nurse with 19 years of experience working in both clinical and management settings in the Acute and Health and Social Care settings.

I am competent in working in a busy hospital environment such as the Medical Assessment unit and I also have experience working in a senior management team in the health and social care setting. Whilst here, I completed the NVQ level 5 in Leadership and Management. I am passionate about my job and want to make a difference for the residents that reside at Ivy Gate Lodge. I look forward to welcoming you all to Ivy Gate Lodge.

Havina Mathews

Situated in the seaside town of Lytham St Annes, Windmill Lodge offers dignified residential, dementia, and nursing care services to meet a range of needs. The purpose-built Lodge provides compassionate care in a warm, safe, and secure environment.

At Windmill Lodge we also offer a Day Care Centre service, available to people living with dementia who would benefit from daytime services and company, but who don’t require overnight care.

The Nolan Day Care Centre provides tasty and nutritional breakfasts, lunch, snacks and drinks. Additionally, a wide variety of optional activities are offered. We aim to provide a sense of community and fun. We change activities from week to week to make sure that every day is engaging and stimulating.

The Nolan Day Centre is open from 8.30am to 4.30pm on weekdays, excluding bank holidays.
