Ann Sikora has been a registered nurse since 1986, specialises in palliative, end of life, and dementia care. Transitioning from the NHS to the care home sector in 1994, Ann's journey evolved from night-duty nurse to Home Manager, gaining a wealth of experience and skills along the way. Bringing over 25 years of experience to our care home in Dartford, Ann is passionate about person-first elderly support.
