Located on the site of the vacant Christ Church URC, Christ Church Apartments will provide 62 high quality one- and two bedroom apartments for people in later life. The development includes the construction of three linked-detached buildings each two storeys. The disused tennis courts will be replaced with a multi-use green.

You may not initially need much personal care, but we find our residents appreciate a little helping hand every now and again.

That’s why your rent includes one hour’s domestic assistance per week. It means our staff can lend you a hand around your home on tasks such as cleaning; helping you to keep your home just the way you like it, giving you the freedom to do the things you love.

If you find you need a little more assistance, our care partner is on hand to tailor a service to suit your individual care needs.

Residents have access to exclusive on-site amenities such as the restaurant, a Club Room, licensed bar, wellness suite, a multi-purpose green and landscaped gardens.

Our high-quality retirement properties are solely for rent - no pressure to buy once you move in. There are no lengthy contracts or confusing small print.

The rent covers the large-ticket expenses like energy costs - electricity, heating and water - and many of the rising incidential costs e.g housekeeping, broadband, window cleaning, gardening, buildings insurance, security and a whole host more. We also include one-hour housekeeping each week to lend you a hand with cleaning your apartment.

And for complete peace of mind we don't have service charges or exit fees. All you pay is the rent and a one-time joining fee.
